In 2019, a delicious adventure began in Kansas City, crafted by the culinary dream team of husband and wife, Dennis and Sara. Their journey began when Sara, pregnant and craving comfort, gave life to the Chick-In Waffle concept in their home kitchen. Fueled by a mission close to their hearts, they set out to spread joy one waffle at a time.

“We aim to make every day a better day by putting a smile on a face.”

Their belief in customer service beginning with a smile and culminating in a warm waffle and cold lemonade became their guiding light. They knew these simple pleasures had the power to ignite smiles and believed that smiles, just like their waffles, were truly contagious. With Chick-In Waffle, Dennis and Sara embarked on a mission to start an epidemic of positive smiles that would stretch from Kansas City and beyond.
